One very popular option is to produce a printed folder with capacity pockets. These are useful when you have more than say a half a dozen sheets are they for paper to include in your printed presentational folder.
A printed folder with capacity pockets works by ensuring that rather than the pocket folding directly back from the printed folder a gutter or capacity element is introduced by using a double score at a depth designed to provide for a variety of sizes of capacity.
For example, if you introduce a 5 mm capacity to the pocket on your printed folder you will be able to insert up to about 25 sheets of a full paper into your capacity pocket.
However, it is possible to include 10 mm or even 20 mm of capacity in order to ensure that a very large number of inserts which might be printed on the card rather than paper are capable of being inserted into your printed folder, as long as the capacity pocket has been made large enough.
