In mid-November when we delivered an, at that stage, unknown George Courtald his first run of 5000 "Pocket Books of Patriotism", no-one would have believed it possible that, by Christmas Eve (some 4 weeks later) we'd have managed to react to the unprecedented demand that saw 190,000 further copies printed, foiled and bound, sending George's title to the top of the Xmas Best Sellers List!
