There is no precise guide for the size of a printed business card, but there are a few conventions which have built up over the years.
These are largely drawn out of the number of business cards which can be produced on a sheet of card.
A typical business card might be printed to 85mm x 55mm.
But, as explained, this is by no means cards a standard and printed business cards could be 88 x 55, 85 x 45 or 90 x 50 – to name but a few variations.
