Letterheads in the UK are usually made out of a single sheet of A4 paper. This means that a UK Letterhead size should be 210mm wide by 297mm deep.
Sometimes letterheads are deliberately produced to different sizes, but this generally is not a good ideas as most desktop printed, faxes and copiers will be set up to feed letterhead in the same A4 format.
