QUICK QUOTE HELP

Quantity

Enter up to three quantities, separated by a '/' that you may require.

Finished size

The final size of the piece once folded.

Finished Style

How will the final job be assembled — a flat sheet, creased, folded, saddle stitched (folded and stapled), perfect bound (paper back book style — PUR the same but an extra strength glue) or wire bound.

No of Pages

In print a 'Page' (referred to as 'pp') is a printed side. 8pp A4 for example is therefore 4 sheets of A4 printed both sides. You must enter here how many sides then in total (inc covers — see check box at bottom) in your document.

Colours

If it is 'full colour' then 4/4 is selected, known as "4 colour process". If to print as "spot colours" then select how many. We will assume that your files will be correctly set up; failure to do so may incur additional cost.

Paper Type and Weight

This for your text pages (or all if self cover) — check the box for a heavier cover. Matt, Silk and Gloss Art papers are all coated and are the norm for full colour work — they only differ by the level of coating applied, with gloss being the highest. Uncoated papers are used for stationery/forms — can be used for full colour work too but do note the ink absorbs into the paper so images can look a little "flatter".

Finishing Option

Do you want the text pages laminated?

Heavier Cover

On many booklets/brochures you'll want the cover on a heavier material and often apply special finishes like lamination, spot UV, foils etc to really make it stand out. Complete the details here for your cover.

Stock Requirements

Check the boxes if you want a fully recycled stock and/or of you want to make an FSC/PEFC claim (we'll contact you regarding use of the logos).

Printed flyers are generally thought of to be cheap and cheerful, bringing information which might be very immediate. They are perhaps poorly printed on low quality paper and might be used to promote a night club or pizza restaurant. A ...
